Flo Lavallie


Flo Lavallie has been in practice for 33 years in Saskatoon, had a satellite practice in Humboldt Sk. For 17 years and Duck lake for two years. After working in a hospital settings for 14 years. Flo obtained her Master Herbalist Diploma at the Wild Rose College in Calgary Alberta. She is a Certified Reflexologist, Eyologist. December 30, 2011 completed her Teacher Reiki Master training (Usui Method). August 2011 received designation Doctor of Natural Medicine. Flo is a Mentor for SWITCH- Student Wellness Initiative Toward Community Health and teaches Aboriginal women programming. Flo is a self-advocate for people with disabilities, lobbies government on justice issues such as Section 45 of the criminal code health issues and Herbal Medicine issues, the legacy of Residential School Abuses.
Flo has published two books Sharing Health and Wellness & Good Health Cooking in the Pot, is a freelance writer for Eagle Feather News. Flo has been nominated for several awards: YWCA Women of Distinction, Saskatoon Women’s Hall of Fame, Saskatchewan Centennial, Saskatchewan Health Excellence Award.
